What You Need
Heat press, DTF transfers, blank garments, Teflon sheet.
Step 1 – Pre-Press
Press blank garment 3-5 seconds at 300°F to remove moisture and wrinkles.
Step 2 – Position
Place transfer face-down on garment. Full front designs go 3-3.5 inches below collar, centered.
Step 3 – Press
Close heat press at 300-325°F for 10-15 seconds with medium-firm pressure.
Step 4 – Peel
Hot peel — remove film immediately at 45° angle for glossy finish.
Cold peel — wait until cool for matte finish.
Step 5 – Re-Press
Cover with Teflon sheet, press 5-7 seconds for extra durability.

Common Mistakes
- Not pre-pressing — causes bubbling
- Too much pressure — stiff feel
- Wrong temp — poor adhesion or scorching
